FNQ Volunteers Inc. delivers non-accredited courses for community and the not for profit sector. Our training is delivered through a strengths based framework. Community capacity buillding workshops are offered to provide opportunties for volunteers, staff and community members to build the capacity of their community, neighbourhood and organisation.
Sessions are aligned to the National Standards for Involving Volunteers in Not for Profit Organisations, and best practice in working with and managing volunteers in a variety of settings. All of the courses can be provided in-house as a cost effective means for several people from the same organisation to benefit from our courses.
FNQ Volunteers Inc. Members and community organisations can also share in the cost of delivering training in their own community by combining with other community groups to host a workshop. Organisations can also design a session from a selection of the learning outcomes covered in the Training Programme. All sessions are supported by workbooks, checklists and current information and fact sheets.
Phone FNQ Volunteers Inc. Training Coordinator on 4041 7400 or email training@fnqvolunteers.org or info@fnqvolunteers.org if you would like further information on our training programmes. FNQ Volunteers has the capacity to design training specifically designed for your organisation's needs.
