FNQ Volunteers Inc. Volunteer Development Programme
FNQ Volunteers Inc. delivers non-accredited courses for people who are volunteers and any organisation that works with volunteers in the not-for-profit sector. We also offer a range of Volunteer Management workshops and learning opportunities designed for anyone who manages, supervises or leads volunteers. Courses are offered at Introductory and Advanced levels.
Courses are aligned to the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement, and best practice in working with and managing volunteers in a variety of settings. Some courses may be combined, for example a communication combo course could include Communication Skills and Telephone Techniques, and are run over ½ day. All of the courses can be provided in-house
as a cost effective means for several people from the same organisation to benefit from our courses.
Share in the cost of delivering training in your community by combining with other community groups to host a workshop. Organisations can also design a course from a selection of the learning outcomes covered in the Training Programme.
All sessions are supported by workbooks, checklists, questionnaires and up to date information sheets.
